About the founder

Kensuke is a Japan market entry and growth specialist with deep, hands-on experience building and scaling operations at Stripe, CircleCI, and Airwallex, serving as Japan Country Manager, APAC lead, and Head of Growth.

He has repeatedly built Japan operations from the ground up—assembling and scaling cross-functional GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering, user support, partnerships, and biz dev) as well as back-office functions (HR, recruiting, legal, licensing, and office operations). In the early stages, he personally led each function before building out dedicated teams. His leadership has driven business growth of up to 9x within two years.

Kensuke holds an MBA from INSEAD.
